Our Site provides digital educational resources, teaching materials, and content designed for educators, parents, and learners. Access to certain premium materials requires the purchase of a time-limited access pass (“Access Pass”).

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • Account Creation: To access our premium materials, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and managing your account activity. Sharing your account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If you are under the legal age, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Access Passes, Pricing, and Billing

We offer three distinct tiers of time-limited Access Passes:

  • 90-Day Access Pass
  • 185-Day Access Pass
  • 375-Day Access Pass

A. Non-Auto-Renewal Policy

Important Notice: Our Access Passes DO NOT automatically renew. You will only be charged a one-time fee for the specific duration of the pass you select (90, 185, or 375 days).

B. Service Termination Upon Expiration

Your access to the premium educational materials is strictly limited to the exact duration of your purchased pass. Immediately upon the conclusion of your 90-day, 185-day, or 375-day period, your premium access will terminate automatically without prior notice. To reactivate your access, you must manually purchase a new Access Pass.

C. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed on our checkout page. Payments are processed securely via our authorized third-party payment gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected pass.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our educational materials and teaching resources, all purchases of Access Passes are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable local consumer protection laws. We encourage you to review our free samples or previews (if available) before making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

  • Ownership: All educational materials, text, graphics, logos, downloads, and code on the Site are the intellectual property of Mozza Vison or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.
  • Limited License: When you purchase an Access Pass, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, download, and print the materials solely for your personal, classroom, or non-commercial educational use.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree NOT to:
    • Redistribute, resell, lease, or publicly share our materials on third-party websites, shared drives, or public platforms.
    • Use automated systems (like bots, scrapers, or spiders) to mass-download content from our Site.
    • Modify or remove any copyright notices or watermarks from our materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mozza Vison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our Services or educational materials. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services and educational materials are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the materials will meet your specific curriculum requirements, that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected immediately.

8. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your access to the Site without a refund if we find you have violated these Terms, engaged in copyright infringement, or shared your account with others.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
